Tenants, united.
SGTUFF is an advocate for local SME frontline businesses in retail, F&B and services, focusing on fair tenancy and manpower issues.
Why we exist
SGTUFF was formed in 2020, during the COVID-19 crisis, to unite small and medium retail, F&B and service tenants across Singapore.
We push for fair commercial tenancy: transparent leases, clear service charges and constructive landlord–tenant relationships.
How we’re run
SGTUFF is registered with the Registry of Co-operative Societies. It is governed by an elected committee of business owners and run democratically by its members.

- 02Publish market data on retail movements and occupancy, starting with the Retail Tenant Tracker.
